Terms and Conditions for Vendors of Global One Concierge
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are made between Global One Concierge (“G1C”) and the Vendor (“Vendor”) providing expertise services to G1C members (“Members”). By accepting and performing services for G1C, Vendor agrees to comply with the following terms:
1. Work Quality
- Vendor shall perform all services with the highest level of skill, care, and diligence in accordance with best practices in the industry.
- All work must meet the specified requirements and standards as set by G1C.
- Vendor shall continuously seek to improve their skills and knowledge to provide the best service possible.
2. Member Relations
- Vendor shall maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times when interacting with Members.
- Vendor shall not engage in any behavior that could harm the reputation of G1C.
- Vendor must respect Member privacy and personal boundaries at all times.
3. Work Accomplishment
- Vendor is responsible for the timely and satisfactory completion of all assigned tasks.
- Vendor must notify G1C immediately if unable to complete the assigned work within the specified timeframe.
- Vendor must respect Member privacy and personal boundaries at all times.
4. Booking Procedures
- All bookings must be accepted and confirmed exclusively through the G1C Mobile Application.
- Vendor shall not accept any direct bookings or payments from Members for future services.
- Vendor must respect Member privacy and personal boundaries at all times.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment will be made as per the job assignment details provided by G1C.
- No separate payments from Members are permitted unless explicitly indicated in the job assignment.
- Any necessary supplies for job completion must be approved by G1C, and costs will be reimbursed as specified in the job assignment.
- Vendor must respect Member privacy and personal boundaries at all times.
6. Work Attendance and Time Management
- Vendor must adhere to the scheduled time for service appointments and notify G1C of any delays or changes in schedule.
- Punctuality and time management are essential to maintain service quality and Member satisfaction.
7. Work Tidiness
- Vendor is required to maintain a clean and organized work area during and after the completion of services.
- Vendor must ensure that no damage or mess is left behind in the Member’s premises.
- Vendor must respect Member privacy and personal boundaries at all times.
8. Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality
- Vendor shall keep all information regarding Members and G1C operations confidential.
- Any unauthorized sharing of Member information or G1C business practices is strictly prohibited.
- Vendor must respect Member privacy and personal boundaries at all times.
9. Prohibited Activities
- Vendor shall not contact Members directly for future bookings or offer any services outside the scope of G1C assignments.
- Any direct solicitation of Members for private work is strictly prohibited.
- Vendor must respect Member privacy and personal boundaries at all times.
10. Compliance with Laws
- Vendor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes of practice while providing services to G1C Members.
- Vendor is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary licenses and permits required to perform their services.

11. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation, with both parties agreeing to act in good faith to resolve any issues amicably.
12. Termination
- G1C reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time if Vendor fails to comply with these terms and conditions.
- Vendor may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to G1C, allowing sufficient time to complete any outstanding assignments.
- Vendor must respect Member privacy and personal boundaries at all times.
By accepting these terms and conditions, Vendor acknowledges and agrees to abide by the policies and guidelines set forth by Global One Concierge to ensure the highest quality of service for its Members.
